The London Clinic Cancer
Centre is now open, and treating its first patients. It is the most
advanced cancer centre in Europe with 8 floors dedicated
exclusively to cancer care, diagnosis and treatment.
While we already offer
sophisticated cancer screening techniques, chemotherapy, stem cell
transplants and other specialist haematology and oncology services,
our teams of experienced clinicians will continue to deliver
expertise in areas including oncology, haematology,
chemotherapy, radiotherapy, radiosurgery, stem cell transplants,
genetic profiling and cancer screening. We have also
introduced the latest radiosurgical technology into the centre including
three Linear Accelerators (LINACs): the
CyberKnife® Robotic Radiosurgery System and the Varian
Clinac® iX and Trilogy® Systems with
RapidArc™.
The building has been
designed so that natural light is channelled throughout all the
floors. There is a roof top garden, a serene place with a majestic
view overlooking Marylebone Village.
We have invested in our new purpose built
cancer centre because we have over 75 years experience in
delivering exceptional patient care and we have a steadfast
desire to offer our patients the best.
