The London Clinic Oncology Centre

The London Clinic Oncology Centre provides comprehensive care and treatment to patients and their families, using the expertise of a large multi-disciplinary team and supported by extensive medical facilities and equipment.

 

Description

Our 20-bed ward provides care for patients receiving chemotherapy, hormone therapy, immunotherapy, palliative care and other related oncology treatments.  The unit also

contains an outpatient department for general day-patient treatments and chemotherapy,

and a transplant unit for stem cell and bone marrow transplantations. The transplant unit is accredited with EBMT (European Group for Blood and Bone Marrow Transplantation) and is a harvesting centre for the Anthony Nolan Trust.

Staff

Our oncology and haematology trained nurses, doctors and other healthcare professionals have specialist experience in caring for patients with cancer, and aim to provide care of the highest standards.  Our high nurse-to-patient ratio ensures specialist nurses are readily available to care for patients.

 

The oncology nursing departments are affiliated with the North London Cancer Network and are accredited by the Healthcare Commission.
