Haematology and oncology outpatients

Our service

Our outpatient department consists of 12 treatment areas, and aims to provide the highest standards of nursing care to patients receiving chemotherapy, apheresis and other related treatments.  It is one of the few harvesting centres in the independent sector for patients requiring stem cell transplants, and has a long history with the Anthony Nolan Fund.

Our experts

Our highly trained team of nurses, doctors and healthcare assistants work in conjunction with our on-site dietician, physiotherapists, pharmacists, complementary therapist, counselor and clinical nurse specialists to provide comprehensive care to our patients and their families.

We have a dedicated cancer fatigue therapy programme and cancer information nurse located in our walk-in cancer backup centre.  We support the continued care of our patients on discharge through developing close relationships with community teams, arranged home support and follow-up care.
